The villa was completely renovated in 2023, sleeps up to 6 people, and is situated on a spacious 1,000 m² plot, ensuring plenty of privacy and comfort. With a living area of 104 m², the villa features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and has been furnished with care and an eye for detail. At the heart of the home lies the bright living room with an open kitchen and direct access to the terrace. Outside, you can fully enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle by the private 4 x 8 meter pool and in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen ideal for long summer days and relaxing evenings. Villa Qais is located in a quiet residential area, yet remains within a short distance of the sea and various amenities. The idyllic Granadella beach, several panoramic viewpoints, and the lively Arenal beach of Jávea with its promenade, beach bars, and restaurants are just an 8 minute drive away.
