• The villa has a cozy lounge area , as well as a very large covered outdoor kitchen featuring a luxury BBQ, refrigerator and dining table.
• Hotel-quality bed linen, towels, beach towels, and hammam towels for the sun loungers are provided.
• Additional amenities include a washing machine with a tumble dryer, clothesline and drying rack, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning products.
• The villa is equipped with air conditioning in every room.
• Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire villa and outdoor areas.
• There is smart TVs with streaming functions. 
• Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and a shower.
• The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, electric kettle, and dishwasher. A selection of basic essentials is provided, such as Nespresso capsules, dishwasher and washing machine pods, towels, beach towels.
• For families, the villa offers a baby cot with bedding.
• All windows are fitted with  mosquito screens.
• There is a carport for parking
• The villa is located in a quiet street.
• The garden is maintained weekly by a gardener, and the pool is serviced weekly by a pool attendant (twice per week during summer).
• A local property manager is available for assistance with any questions or issues.
• A welcome package is provided upon arrival.

House rules

• To ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay for all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Villa Qais is not rented to groups where all guests are under the age of 25, and parties or events are strictly prohibited. Charging electric vehicles at the property is not allowed due to fire safety regulations.
• Villa Qais is designed for a peaceful, comfortable, and carefree stay, and we kindly ask our guests to respect the villa, the neighborhood, and each other.
