Booking Terms & Information – Villa Qais
Smoking is not permitted indoors. The villa is NOT rented to persons under 25 , and parties are NOT permitted. Charging electric cars at the property is prohibited due to fire hazard. Villa Qais is designed for a peaceful and carefree stay.

The prices include:
- Bed linen
- Towels and beach towels
- Gas and electricity consumption
- Reception and explanation by the key manager
- Welcome package
Check-in:Â between 15:00 PM and 20:00Â
Check-out:Â 10:00Â
On request it can be determined whether deviations from these times are possible.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must always be confirmed in writing to the owner by email .
- Cancellation more than 3 months before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation 60–45 days before arrival: 10% of the rental amount
- Cancellation 45– 14 days before arrival: 60% of the rental amount
- Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rental amount
If the guest only indicates on the date of arrival or during the stay that they will not be using the accommodation (anymore), the full rental amount remains due.

Cleaning Fee
A mandatory cleaning fee of €250 applies per stay, regardless of the number of nights.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €500 is due.
Payment Schedule
- 10% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
- 50% of the payement is reguired 45 days before arrivel.
- The remaining amount is to be paid 14 days before arrivel.
HOUSE RULES
To ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay for all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Villa Qais is not rented to groups where all guests are under the age of 25, and parties or events are strictly prohibited. Charging electric vehicles at the property is not allowed due to fire safety regulations. Villa Qais is designed for a peaceful, comfortable, and carefree stay, and we kindly ask our guests to respect the villa, the neighborhood, and each other.
